We use the collected information to: • Display your profile to other compatible users. • Send Push Notifications about new messages or important updates. • Process paid subscriptions (e.g., Mithaq Gold) which offer extra features on weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. All payments are securely processed through official stores (Google Play / App Store). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled via store settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. • Ensure platform security and prevent fraud.
We are committed to protecting your data: • Encryption: All data is encrypted and securely stored via our provider Supabase. • Notifications: We use Firebase to manage and send instant notifications. • Privacy: We guarantee that your personal data is NOT shared with third parties for advertising or promotional purposes.
You have full control over your data: • Editing: Modify all data via 'Edit Profile'. • Permanent Deletion: You can request permanent account deletion via settings. Upon confirmation, all data associated with your account (including photos, messages, and personal info) will be permanently and immediately removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
Mithaq Connect is exclusively for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; such accounts will be deleted immediately.
